অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলুন

অ্যাপ থেকে বা এই ওয়েবসাইট থেকে, যেকোনো সময় নিজেই পুরো অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলতে পারেন।

BD Map অ্যাপ খুলুন, অথবা ব্রাউজারে এই সাইটে লগইন করুন।
নিচের মেনু থেকে আপনার প্রোফাইল খুলুন।
ওপরে ডান দিকের ⚙️ সেটিংস চাপুন।
একদম নিচে "অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলুন" চাপুন, তারপর "হ্যাঁ, সব মুছে ফেলুন"।

যা মুছে যায় (সঙ্গে সঙ্গে)

প্রোফাইল: নাম, ইউজারনেম, বায়ো, ছবি, ই-মেইল
সব পোস্ট, রিল, স্টোরি এবং তাদের ছবি-ভিডিও; মন্তব্য, লাইক, সেভ
সব মেসেজ ও তাতে পাঠানো ছবি, ভিডিও, ফাইল, ভয়েস; নোট; ফলো ও ফলোয়ার
ভাড়ার তথ্য, রেটিং, জায়গার রিভিউ ও ছবি, লুকানো জায়গার খোঁজ, পয়েন্ট, আয় ও পেমেন্টের তথ্য
সাপোর্টের কথোপকথন, নোটিফিকেশন, লগইন করা ডিভাইস

ফাইলগুলো আমাদের সার্ভার ও ব্যাকআপ (Cloudflare R2) দুই জায়গা থেকেই মুছে যায়। ডাটাবেসের ব্যাকআপ কপিটি কয়েক মিনিটের মধ্যে নতুন কপি দিয়ে বদলে যায়, তাই সেখান থেকেও আপনার তথ্য চলে যায়। মোছা অ্যাকাউন্ট ফেরানো যায় না।

শুধু কিছু জিনিস মুছতে চাইলে অ্যাকাউন্ট রেখেও পোস্ট, স্টোরি বা পাঠানো মেসেজ আলাদা করে মুছতে পারেন।

লগইন করতে না পারলে (যেমন ই-মেইলটি আর আপনার কাছে নেই), অ্যাকাউন্টের ই-মেইল ঠিকানাসহ help@manzeela.com ঠিকানায় লিখুন (বা অ্যাপের সাহায্য পাতা থেকে) — অ্যাকাউন্টটি আপনার প্রমাণ পেলে আমরা মুছে দেব।

Delete your account

You can delete your whole account yourself at any time, in the app or on this website.

Open the BD Map app, or sign in on this website in a browser.
Open your profile from the menu at the bottom.
Tap ⚙️ Settings at the top right.
At the very bottom, tap "Delete account", then "Yes, delete everything".

What is deleted (at once)

Your profile: name, username, bio, photo, e-mail address
All posts, reels and stories with their photos and videos; comments, likes, saves
All messages and the photos, videos, files and voice messages in them; notes; follows and followers
Fares, ratings, place reviews and photos, hidden-place tips, points, earnings and payout details
Support conversations, notifications, signed-in devices

Files are removed both from our server and from our backup storage (Cloudflare R2). The backup copy of the database is replaced by a new copy within minutes, so your data leaves it too. A deleted account cannot be restored.

To delete only some things, keep the account and delete posts, stories or messages you sent one by one.

If you cannot sign in (for example, you no longer have that e-mail address), e-mail help@manzeela.com with the account's e-mail address (or write from the Help page in the app). Once you show the account is yours, we delete it.
